Data deletion

You can ask us at any time to delete the personal data we hold about you: your store account and orders, what you send us through the forms (contact, back-in-stock alerts, charter and newsletter) and the data we receive when you interact with our Instagram and Facebook accounts through our Meta app.

How to request it

1. Write to us through the contact form with the subject “Data deletion” and tell us the email address or the Instagram or Facebook username we know you by.
2. We confirm that we have received your request and delete your data within one month at the latest.

We only keep what the law requires us to, such as order invoices, and only for as long as it requires. More information in our privacy policy.
