When to use it

Green-gold holographic with a blue back: the look of sardine and anchovy. A natural colour for when tuna are feeding on small bait and being selective.

How to work it

• Walk the dog: short, rhythmic jerks with the rod tip low. It zigzags on the surface without ever leaving the water.
• Long jerks: it dives a hand's depth and comes back rolling, with flash and bubbles.
• Slow, steady retrieve: it wobbles just under the surface. This is the card to play when tuna come up to look and turn down the popper.

Target species

Bluefin and albacore tuna, and any predator feeding on the surface: amberjack, leerfish or GT in tropical waters.

• Resin finish with engraved scaling and a 3D eye.
• Blue back, green-gold holographic flank and a chrome head.
