Returns

We want you to buy with confidence. This policy summarises your return rights under Spanish and European consumer law.

1. Right of withdrawal: 14 days

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase without justification. To exercise it, write to info@aerovik.com with your order number.

2. Condition of returned products

• Products must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with their tags.
• Rods and lures must not have been assembled or used in the water.
• T-shirts must not have been washed or worn (beyond trying them on).

3. How to return

1. Write to info@aerovik.com with your order number and the reason (optional).
2. We will confirm the return address and steps.
3. Ship the product within 14 days of your notice. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in case of our error or a defective product.

4. Refund

Once the product is received and checked, we will refund the amount (including standard original shipping) via the same payment method within a maximum of 14 days.

5. Defective products or wrong orders

If your product arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us as soon as you notice: we cover all costs and send a replacement or a full refund. All our products carry the 3-year statutory warranty.

6. Coaching services

Coaching sessions can be cancelled with a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled date, or within the 14-day withdrawal period if the session has not yet taken place. Once the session has been delivered, no refund applies.
